Franken Certified Winner in Minnesota
The Minnesota State Canvassing Board certified results Monday showing Al Franken, a Democrat, winning the Senate recount over Republican Norm Coleman.

What could have happened...glorious gridlock with the federal government mired in partisan politics and doing nothing which would have been great for the rest of us, that's what.
Maybe I should have phrased that as what would NOT have happened?
